Tax Status
The Taco Bell Foundation for Teens (“TBFT”) is a California not for profit public benefit corporation organized and operated as an exempt organization within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (“IRC”). Donations to TBFT qualify for maximum tax benefits allowable by the IRS.
